What have you learned from parenting and adversity?

What have you learned from experiencing adversity in parenting?

That’s what I want to know. My friend, Robert Hruzek isn’t limiting the conversation to parenting, though. He asked me to share What I Learned From… Adversity. He even made this cool graphic:

Mainly, I’m posting this because adversity seems to be the perfect, perfect meditation for Christians as we prepare for Easter.

And it’s perfect really. Write one post about adversity and parenting, then link to Robert and Laity Lodge Family Camp. Then let us know you’re participating: Robert is at rhruzek@sbcglobal.net. And I’m here. We just want to know:

What have you learned from experiencing adversity in parenting?

Remember, if you include parenting and link to Family Camp, you could win a free retreat to Laity Lodge Family Camp! (That’s worth nearly $500 people! More if you have more than four people in your family.)

It is, isn’t it? Robert is quite a guy. I think he creates those graphics with an online engine somewhere.
