Those of you who know me well can recognize that I’ve been a long time between posts. I’m working on some exciting things that I’ll be able to share with everyone soon–but they are all still in the admin stages.
This blog is on hold for just a few more days until I can finish up work on some server issues with Gordon Atkinson.
In the meantime, I just wanted to thank all of the new commenters:
A Musing Mom, Robert Bruce (poet extraordinaire), Craver VII (a self-described “stand-up philosopher”), and a few others. These are just the most recent. I know I missed some, but I appreciate you all.
And a special thanks to all my friends for the incredible comments and discussion lately, some on blog, some off:
Gordon Atkinson, Sir Real Live Preacher
L.L Barkat, the Queen of Inspiration
Patrick Borders, the Duke of Daily Posting!
Karl Edwards, the Boss of Bold Business Strategy
Ted Gossard, the Honorable Knight Emerging
Al Hsu, Mr. Suburban Christian Editor
Dan Roloff, Lord of Lay Theology
Charity Singleton, the Lady of Words . . . in Process
Camy Tang, the Princess of Transparency
I promise to return to the public in a few more days! I may even include a boring post about what we’re doing behind the curtain.

Mark, You’re just too nice! Thanks.
How about this as a line describing you:
the Servant Writer.
Well, my weak attempt at the moment. But I much appreciate your good spirit and the good thoughts you share with us. Thanks!
It means more than you, Ted. I appreciate it.
Cool. I always wanted to be a duke!
You lead through example by your blog generosity. Thanks for the link!
Looking forward to whatever you’re working on. See you when you get back.
Work hard! Looking forward to the news when you can share it.
Oh, my gosh. Don’t tell me you are really going to take over the world. Is that what you’re up to?
Patrick, Craver, Charity, and L.L. Thanks for the comments, y’all.
Brrr. It’s cold for us South Texans right now. We even had a snow ball fight this afternoon. Cool times.
And of course, I’m planning to take over the world! Er, I mean, no, not that. I just write little poems and offer presumptious advice about editing. I’ll probably keep doing that.
And this other thing with Gordon that will end in WORLD DOMINATION. Or not.
See, I knew it. You could not hide your true self for long…
